It’s a hotel tailored for (all inclusive) Japanese customers and also families. The rooms are basically tatami mats with no furniture , but that is the point. The room style is simple but very aesthetic and has a gorgeous view of the city and Nagasaki bay. The staff is helpful, albeit have a limited knowledge of English. The breakfast is a mix of Western and Japanese, dinner fully Japanese and need to be pre-ordered. If I would visit Nagasaki again, I would go there for sure.

Nice Japanese room with very good view. Along with large window the bathtub is equipped.

The room is very specious and newly renovated. The view at night is stunning. We love everything at the hotel. It is convenient if you have a car.

Fantastic spacious room with amazing view of city. It's up high. So you really need a car. Not sure how often bus goes. We stayed 2 nights. Room was best we have stayed in.

The room is very spacious and super clean. It has fantastic view of Nagasaki city. The lobby is a little bit old fashion but clean. Breakfast is great and staff are very helpful.

Views, especially the night views, though there was a huge terrace right in front of the window, where we could not get to from the room, therefore it cut our view. Also the breakfast was great. Delicious!

I wasn't expecting much since it was a very low price to stay, but I was surprised at how specious the room was. In addition, I could see the night view, and the lights of the port and city were beautiful and soothing.

The room had a great view of the sunrise and sunset and was very relaxing. As the reviews say, the view is spectacular and I highly recommend it. Also, the sauna was also very pleasant and satisfying.

I was very impressed by the breakfast. The hotel staff kindly guided me around and I had a pleasant morning. I like the castella so much that I bought it to take home.

Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious and very satisfying. It was a great stay that made me feel happy to have come to Nagasaki.
